I just started eating red meat again which opens...
Tonight:all natural prime rib, rice pilaf with mushrooms and peas, spinach with butter, lemon, and minced garlic, and baked wheat rolls.
Tonight i’m making eggplant parm over wheat pasta with garlic bread baked with fresh mozzarella and sliced plum tomatoes. Tomorrow is organic pork marinated overnight in apple jalapeno jam baked with honeycrisp apples and rosemary served with rice pilaf and brussel sprouts in an onion butter sauce.
I’m such wife-material.
